This is designed to measure an individual's commitment to lifelong process of self-reflection, learning, addressing power imbalances, and evaluates one’s mindset and attitudes about culture. It helps individuals identify their own biases, assess their comfort with vulnerability, and measure their willingness to challenge organizational inequities, all of which are core components of cultural humility. The results are valuable for personal development, program evaluation, or research purposes.

Using the Likert scale, you will assess guided with the following: Strongly Disagree (SD); Disagree (D); Neither Agree nor Disagree (NAD); Agree (A); Strongly Agree (SA).
